We are an established group of like-minded individuals intending to create an inclusive cohousing community in West Yorkshire in partnership with a Housing Association.

We aim to provide affordable homes for people who are interested in living in community. It doesn't matter how old you are or whether you are single or in a partnership or have children who live with you. It does matter that you would like to play an active role in creating a purpose built collaborative community of homes - a place to belong, to be yourself and live with the support of others.

Lifetime Cohousing is all about diversity and a philosophy of community living whatever one's life situation. Because it will be mixed tenure, ranging from full purchase to full rental, we hope to attract a wide range of people who are interested in playing their part in intentional community whatever their resources.
